Refund policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all opened or used lip products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly assist.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (optional — remove this sentence if you don’t want returns).
